You would have to go a long way to find someone who is not a fan of former India captain MS Dhoni.

There are experts, pundits around the world who admire the 2011 World Cup winning captain for his batting and his abilities on the field.

One of those is former Pakistan pacer Shoaib Akhtar who says that the Chennai Super Kings’ skipper is faster than a computer when it comes to cricketing acumen.

“Dhoni is faster than a computer. Whatever a computer can say about playing on a certain wicket, I believe that MS Dhoni can do it faster,” said the former Pakistan pacer in his YouTube channel.

MS Dhoni scored a crucial 34 with the bat and effected a stumping in the match against South Africa in Southampton on Wednesday.

Akhtar was also full of praise for KL Rahul who batted at the crucial number spot for India.

“I really like Rahul as a cricketer. I think Rahul can follow the footsteps of Virat Kohli and he can become a brilliant batsman in the future. When we met, I said that whenever you are not playing, release your anger in training. Do not lose focus and I believe you will become a big player in the future,” said Akhtar.

KL Rahul was chosen ahead of Ambati Rayudu for the ICC cricket World Cup 2019 and added 85 with centurion Rohit Sharma after India had lost two wickets in their chase.
